Terms
The legal text, kept short on purpose.
No warranty.
Tonos is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of Tonos.
Your responsibility.
You are responsible for how you use the keyboard and for anything you type with it. Tonos produces Unicode text. What you do with that text is between you and whoever receives it.
Apple's terms also apply.
Because Tonos is distributed through the App Store, Apple's App Store Terms of Use also apply to your download and installation. Those terms are available from Apple.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Changes.
If these terms need to change, this page will change with them, and the effective date at the top will be updated.
